Sales Officer – Mech Connect Garage Management System

Mech Connect is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Officer to champion our innovative Garage Management System (Mech Connect GMS) and help transform how automotive businesses operate. What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Actively promote and sell the Mech Connect GMS to garages and automotive service providers, helping them streamline their operations and increase efficiency.
- Ground Marketing Initiatives: Execute strategic, ground-based marketing campaigns, meeting clients face-to-face to establish trust and demonstrate the value of our product.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Product Expertise: Provide in-depth product demonstrations and training to clients, showcasing how Mech Connect GMS can transform their day-to-day operations.
- Market Research: Gather insights from the field to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback, contributing to the refinement of our sales approach.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals, consistently hitting and surpassing targets to drive revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
- Marketing Expertise: Proven skills in marketing and sales, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with clients.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to clearly articulate product benefits and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Quick Learner: Adapt quickly to new tools, technology, and market dynamics.
- Software Savvy: Familiarity with software products and solutions is a must. Prior experience in selling software solutions will be a plus.
Bonus: Any certifications or prior experience in marketing or sales will give you an added edge!
